Shoshone Falls

Shoshone Falls in Twin Falls, Idaho is a popular and historic stop for visitors to southern Idaho. Often referred to as the "Niagara of the West", the waters of the Snake River cascade 212 feet (64.7m) down over the 900 ft. (274m) wide canyon rim to the river below, making Shoshone Falls 36 ft. (10.97m) higher than its majestic sister in upstate New York.
